If you have received your order and something is wrong
No worries- we can send you a replacement pronto! Use the Contact Us link and give us your order number and we’ll take care of it for you. But please note that we can only replace items for free if the mistake is ours.
What is the time frame on getting an order from Quirky Pets?
Because most of our products are customized we allow 10-14 business days (this excludes Saturday and Sunday) to get the order to you. Please be aware that if your order does not arrive in the allotted 10-14 business day time period, we still cannot refund your money.
What is your return policy?
A full refund will be given but you will have to pay shipping if there’s nothing wrong with your order.
It takes between 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process a package before you can attempt to track your shipment. if your are unable to still track your package after 24 hours, please be patient and give it a little more time. If you are still concerned you can contact the postal service to see when they will have your tracking info available. Please have your tracking number on hand.
What if I don't receive my package in the allotted time period or what if my package never shows up?
Sometimes mail does get misplaced and unfortunately we are at the mercy of the postal service. But don’t worry, most of the time your package will show up. If you are still concerned, first, please double check your shipment notification email to make sure you entered the shipping address correctly. We also suggest you contact the postal service and give them your tracking info so they can also help you locate your package. If your package still hasn’t arrived, we ask that you wait at least 10 business days before we will replace the order. The postal service requires that we wait 10 business days before we can file a claim for your merchandise. We will do everything we can to make sure you get your order.
Can I pick up my order from your location?
We apologize but at this point we are not able to offer local pick up. Since we are strictly an on-line store everything must be shipped.
Our products are suitable for outdoor use. We do not guarantee against wear and tear as the elements are unpredictable. Quirky Pets Designs and its owners cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products. Please use good judgment and common sense when hanging up the signs.
Do you take suggestions for new products?
Yes! We are always interested in what our customers are looking for so don’t hesitate to ask.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We are more than happy to help you place your order over the phone. Use the Contact Us link and let us know you need to place a phone order. Because we do not outsource our customer service, we take each call personally and prefer to set up a time to call you back. After your order is placed we will send you an email and require a response from you confirming the order is correct. We will not process your order until you send us an email confirmation that the order is correct.
Do you take complete customized orders?
Yes we are more than happy to quote for full customization orders so please send full requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quotation or additional questions to fulfill your order.
